SURVICE Engineering provides a variety of products and services to support BRL-CAD model development and analytical analyses that use BRL-CAD models.
SURVICE has the equipment and trained staff for supporting the development or modification of BRL-CAD geometric models. We have developed geometric models of air vehicles, ground vehicles, and sea systems. Geometric models can be built to the level of detail required for the intended use of the model.
Visualization and animation services can also be provided by SURVICE. Your geometric model can be interrogated using a variety of BRL-CAD's shotlining, radar, and lighting models. We also can import your BRL-CAD models into professional animation packages to develop informative or marketing videos.
We can enhance existing BRL-CAD tools or develop new ones to meet your needs. For example, we developed programs to automatically model individual turbine blades in jet engines, and enhanced BRL-CAD file format conversion routines and programs to include PATCH-G and PIPE. The embedded Tcl/Tk scripting support in BRL-CAD creates exciting possibilities for development of 3-D tools and applications.
As leaders in vulnerability assessments of air and ground combat vehicles, our staff is capable of providing support for a variety of your assessment needs. We conduct Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analyses (FMECAs), develop component dysfunction given a hit probability (Pcd/h) curves, and perform both qualitative manual assessments and high-resolution computerized vulnerability assessments.
